Welcome to Rankhustler Digital Marketing Solution. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any digital marketing campaigns executed on your behalf.

Digital Marketing Services
Rankhustler Digital Marketing Solution provides a variety of digital services, including but not limited to:

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs of the services will be detailed in a separate customized proposal or Service Level Agreement (SLA) provided to you.
Client Obligations
To ensure the success of our digital marketing efforts, the client agrees to:
- Provide necessary access to websites, social media accounts, analytics platforms, and hosting credentials in a timely manner.
- Ensure that any materials (text, images, videos) provided to Rankhustler are owned by the client or properly licensed.
- Provide prompt feedback and approvals on ad creatives, content, and strategies to prevent project delays.
Payment & Billing Terms
All pricing will be clearly stated in your custom proposal. Our standard payment terms are as follows:
- An upfront deposit (typically 50%) is required before the commencement of any new project.
- For monthly retainer services (like SEO or SMM), invoices are generated at the beginning of the billing cycle and are due within 7 days.
- Ad spend for platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads is billed directly to the client's credit card and is completely separate from Rankhustler's management fees.
Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of ongoing campaigns.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment for our services, the final deliverables (such as custom graphics, ad copy, and finalized website code) become the property of the client.
Rankhustler Digital Marketing Solution retains the right to use the completed project work, client logos, and performance metrics for portfolio display, case studies, and marketing purposes unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project start.
Limitation of Liability
While we apply industry best practices to achieve outstanding results, digital marketing relies on third-party platforms (like Google, Meta, LinkedIn) whose algorithms and policies change constantly.
Therefore, Rankhustler Digital Marketing Solution cannot guarantee specific numerical results, such as exact rankings on Google, exact sales figures, or specific lead volumes. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or business loss arising from platform algorithm updates, account suspensions by third parties, or server downtimes.
Governing Law & Contact Information
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rankhustler operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
